The research of the two pieces of art

The one created by Fiona Hall, the bloom, is a cut-out sardine can. This piece of art demonstrates the botanical beauty by its intricate tin branches and leaves. Fiona Hall interpreate her idea by crafting and patterning the metal, which is beautifully breathtaking. The other one done by Rosalie Gascoigne, tribe, is a combination of wooden cubes, which are painted in half black and half white. The combination of those cubes made the whole piece of art looks like totem of some ancient tribes, thus it can somehow recall the memory of the origin.

2nd Model ------Lava

this architecture is designed with a concept of lava. so i chose the volcanic rock as the texture and matirial for the architecture. the red parts i would like to use red lazurite, which can give people an impression of lava.

One of the Beauty

This the photo of the Mount Taranaki i took in New Zealand. Although, it's neither the most beautiful snow mountain in the world nor the best scenery in New Zealand, it is the most fabulous snowmountain to me. Because, i was up there 2 days having fun with my best friends and my girlfriend. It's a mountain full of sweet memory.

Best Arch

This is the Greenland Zifeng Tower in Nanjing, which will be the seventh highest building in the world with the hight of 450 meter and 89 levels. As a student from Nanjing China, I feel so proud of this glamorous skyscraper. Thus, I think it is one of the most greatful architecture in the world, especially meaningful to us people from Nanjing.

PIC of my first piecce of art

This is the first picture i drew just after the first sketch lesson. I was trying to draw a skyscraper, however, the final picture looks like a telephone booth. Anyway, I tried my best to make its structure reasonable and practical.
